Preparation Steps
- Blend yoghurt and water to the blender and beat it well for a minute.
- Serve it by adding salt.
Variations
- You can refrigerate for 5 mins and serve it cold.
- You can also add cubes of ice instead of placing inside the refrigerator
- Crush a pinch of cumin seeds after beating the yoghurt.
- Finely chopped coriander leaves enhances the flavour of the buttermilk as well.

- Bring the water to boil and add instant coffee powder.
- Add the mixed coffee in the blender (mixer grinder) along with the butter and mix it well.

- Add a drop of vanilla essence for the flavour.
- Some would like to add 1 tsp of coconut oil to the drink.
- Add a pinch of pink salt (Himalayan Rock Salt) if you are keen on getting minerals in the morning.

Preparation Steps
- Mix 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of water and boil it for 5 minutes
- Add 3 teaspoons of tea leaves and stir it so that the leaves will mix well.
- Boil for another 2 minutes.
- Strain the tea in a cup using strainer.
- Take the butter and drop it in the cup. It will melt in the hot mixture. Use a spoon to stir butter along with the tea.
- Serve it hot.
Variations
- Replace 1/2 cup of milk with water and make the tea.
- You can also add a pinch of cinnamon powder.
- Some would like to add 1 tsp of coconut oil to the drink.
