Blend yoghurt and water to the blender and beat it well for a minute. Serve it by adding salt.
Variations
You can refrigerate for 5 mins and serve it cold. You can also add cubes of ice instead of placing inside the refrigerator Crush a pinch of cumin seeds after beating the yoghurt. Finely chopped coriander leaves enhances the flavour of the buttermilk as well.

Preparation Steps
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and wait for it to splutter. Add finely chopped onion and little salt and saute them for two minutes in a medium flame. Add green chillies and tomato now. Wait until the tomato becomes mushy. Now it is time to add the curry powder. Add the curry powders mentioned in the curry powder section. Add the cut mushroom now. Mushroom secretes water so no need to add any more water. You can adjust the consistency later by adding little water at the end. Add the coriander leaves and lemon juice now and turn-off the flame.
Variations
To adjust the consistency, instead of adding water at the end, you can add coconut milk. Do not bring the coconut milk to boil if you are adding. Turn-off the flame after one minute of adding the coconut milk.

Cut the guava into small pieces. (Make sure the fruit is not fully ripe. Ripe fruit will have fructose and you need to watch out for your carb level) Sprinkle chili powder and salt on top of it. Serve it in a plate.
Variations
Chili Powder and Salt are optional and enhances the taste. You can choose not to add.

Bring the water to boil and add instant coffee powder. Add the mixed coffee in the blender (mixer grinder) along with the butter and mix it well. Serve it hot.
Variations
Add a drop of vanilla essence for the flavour. Some would like to add 1 tsp of coconut oil to the drink. Add a pinch of pink salt (Himalayan Rock Salt) if you are keen on getting minerals in the morning.

Take a bowl and mash the avocado. Add finely chopped onion, tomato, salt and lemon juice with the mashed avocado. Finally add the pepper powder and finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve it in a bowl.
Variations
You can also keep the mix in the refrigerator for an hour and serve cold. If you like raw garlic, you can finely chop 1 clove of garlic and add it along with onion and tomato.

Mix 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of water and boil it for 5 minutes Add 3 teaspoons of tea leaves and stir it so that the leaves will mix well. Boil for another 2 minutes. Strain the tea in a cup using strainer. Take the butter and drop it in the cup. It will melt in the hot mixture. Use a spoon to stir butter along with the tea. Serve it hot.
Variations
Replace 1/2 cup of milk with water and make the tea. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon powder. Some would like to add 1 tsp of coconut oil to the drink.
